Who I am
Vulpine Design (Sarah Edwards) is a Freelance Web Designer located in Melbourne, Australia.
You may locate me via https://vulpine.au.
What personal data I collect and why I collect it
Media
Images, videos, graphics, and other media will be requested from you via the Questionnaire to be used on your Website. Any media that you send to me via email or forms will only be uploaded to my Virtual Private Server (VPS) where the Client has not provided me with a Web Hosting log-in.
When your media is stored on my Virtual Private Server, it will not be accessible to the public via domain name or web address. Where a Web Hosting log-in has been provided to me, all of your media will be uploaded to that Web Hosting service.
If you upload images via any Questionnaires or send them to me via email, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.

Design Request forms
Your Company Name may be entered to a third-party website, Canva, where a logo design has been requested. This is solely for the purpose of designing your logo. Canva’s Privacy Policy is applicable in those circumstances.
Design Questionnaires
The answers you input to our design questionnaires will be securely stored in database form using my business Google Drive account. Read more about Google’s Privacy Policy.
Embedded or linked content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded or hyperlinked content (e.g. videos, images, articles, other websites, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
After completing a Design Request, I may request my customer’s permission to display images of their website in my Portfolio. This will not be done without the client’s written consent in advance.
How long I retain your data
Contact form information (your name, your email address, your message) will be retained indefinitely unless the visitor or customer sends a message to hello@vulpine.net.au requesting the erasure of this data.
Answers to the questionnaires (used during a Design Request) and any related media will be deleted 60 days after your Job is complete and the customer relationship has ended.
Billing information will be retained indefinitely for accounting purposes only.
What rights you have over your data
If you have had a customer relationship with me, you hold the right to request an exported file of any information I have collected about you (such as your contact or billing details, or the information and media entered in the questionnaires).
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you at any time. However, this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
